oh ya…. i got an extra ticket for this year. i’m sure it will find the right person in need.

so….. my housemate left, and i need a replacement starting sometime between dec/jan/feb/march, $750 including utils, sharing 1600 sq ft.

i’m in a loft (“old warehouse”) unit at sullivan square sharing the building with burners/DJs/artists. i really really *love* this place and the people. i finally have a place where i’ve been able to build and play hard without worrying. my room is coming together. the floor and walls are up. just need to put up sheetrock and install the 8′x3′ studio glass panels and make a hanging bed and cover my walls with blackboard. i have a bike/wood shop! this place has a loading dock, freight elevator, and 6th floor roof deck with a cool view over the mystic. i’m getting more involved with the glitchcrew across the wall. they/we had some fun events over the weekend. i’m buying one of their mooninite signs. teh funz. “LED is not a crime” “LEDs don’t explode” “red wires ≠ bomb” etc etc……..
